“Our fitter, Heath, was very friendly, he worked hard and was polite. He showed a great pride in his work and checked with me when a decision needed to be made. He was also a clean and tidy worker. Thank you”

“The fitter was excellent and although we had other issues, he was understanding. He kept us informed, asked questions so that we were happy, and was very conscious of getting dust around the room/house, so everything was covered. Thank you. Ref no. B77738.”

“I had 3 men working in 2 bedrooms fitting wardrobes (Anthony, Alan and Michael) and cannot praise them enough for the work they did it was spot on and they even cleaned up after themselves each night when they finished, they were polite and helpful. Job no.b77385”

“Just had our bedroom done by Betta living. It looks great that much so i am thinking about getting another bedroom done. Ross the surveyor was lovely and so was John Dunn who fitted the bedroom furniture.”

“Just had wardrobes fitted. Very prompt delivery and fitting by friendly fitters everything left neat and tidy Only thing I am disappointed in no one informed be of the 70% discount sale so it makes me feel may be I paid to much”

“There was some duplication as we had two separate people come out and draw plans etc. I think there could be more cross over with the retail and "trade" teams. In the end we were happy with the design and the price. Our fitters Ken and Tommy were absolutely brilliant. They worked so hard over the 3 days but were always smiling. Finished result looks great. “Order No: 73708. Warrington. I had 2 wardrobes fitted by Ken & Tommy. Great workmanship and professionalism. Always in time and left the place neat afterwards. Explained about aftercare once they had completed. Survey was done by Ross. He took time to correct little issues in the initial plan and listened to our suggestions. These people are true credit to this company. Had to try All my negotiation skills to get a good prize initially. Any little change which was suggested after agreed prize was charged (even though it would not cost anything more for bettaliving) due to which I had to keep with the original plan. So get everything correct in the first instance. I had to phone few times and the office was helpful, the service was good. Product looks good, craftsmanship excellent. Not yet time to comment on durability. But had very good reviews from my friends. Ask for these specific names and they won't let you down. Thanks Ken, Tommy and Ross.”

“Great polite and friendly service from initial shop visit right through until installation. Good value and great product. My only issue is avoid " Vinny" at all costs as he has to be the one employee without people skills and zero commitment to providing patience customer experiences. Howard however is the complete opposite, perhaps a training opportunity on people skills?”

“We ordered furniture for 2 rooms from Betta Living. There were a few small hitches during the installation, but nothing major and the end product was to a good standard. The installation team were polite and friendly and everything was very good. However, we have only given a GOOD review, not very good as we thought about changing the bedroom bedside cabinets (the previous ones were too small and had no drawers). The quote we got from Betta Living for the new units, even after discounts was very high. We complained about the high cost (poor after sales support) to Betta Living, they listened to us and were able to offer the additional furniture at better prices. Many thanks to them for doing this and resolving the only issue we have had.”

“Overall we are really pleased with our new Betta Living bedroom furniture. It looks good and we are pleased with the quality. We can't praise Adam and Sean, our fitters, highly enough. We were having two bedrooms fitted in the same week, and they worked so hard to get the job done professionally and on time, while still being considerate of our needs while the house was in such chaos. They couldn't have been more helpful. On the negative side, it took quite a few weeks to get a couple of things fitted that had been missed off in the original delivery (not the fitters' fault at all, and even though Wayne in Customer Services was very helpful and was good at keeping us informed of progress). We didn't find the sales staff in the Betta Living store very knowledgable about the product ranges. There were also discrepancies in what we were told when the estimator visited the house, and then by the surveyor a week later. (Hence the reasons for only 4 stars, even though we are delighted with the end results)”

“Love the kitchen, well designed. Sometimes customer service not always friendly. Delivery guys were excellent. Still have one item outstanding ( spare dishwasher cabinet door). Delay in granite fitting due to non delivery of granite from supplier and awaiting reply on slight blemish. Although granite fitting company were excellent in their service.”

“We recently had four fitted wardrobes and the workmanship from The fitters was excellent.Found the fitters to be perfectionists, everything was finished to highest standards.There was no mess and they cleared everything away. Would use bettaliving again, for quality of fittings. Mrs Khan”

“Betta Living are a fantastic company who provide very good quality bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens. All of the their installers/fitters are very skilled and provide an exceptional service. The only negative point is that delivery does not always deliver all of the products which have been ordered and paid for so the installation does not always happen in the time specified which can prove difficult for customers who work full time as you are having to take more time off work for the job to be completed. Betta Living either needs to ensure better quality control over delivery of products to customers and better communication or if this can not be achieved to compensate their customers for the inconvenience caused.”

“Great looking kitchen couple of chips on two of the doors one thing I will say I am not happy about is having to get rid of whole kitchen worth of cardboard boxes as they do not take it away with them fitters were excellent overall good service but few things could make it a great service”

“Friendly service through out the process making the overall project easy to manage . Would be an advantage if BLoffered other trades such as plastering & electrical support . Problem with the extractor as didn't work but I've been quickly reassured I will receive a replacement to be fitted . Fitter very competent Thanks !”

“Hi I am very pleased with the purchase,quality of the wardrobes and the delivery and fitting service. Designer and Surveyor were very patient and understanding offered inputs but did not try and force us ( which is good). One downside we found was design and survey were each half days appointment. We have had few other design services visit us. The whole visit was not more than 1 hour. This was time consuming. Also we were told the wardrobes will be delivered and fitted in 4 weeks time. However it took 3 extra weeks for the wardrobes to be in place. Lead time for the wardrobe doors were not calculated properly (ours took apparently 10 days extra because of its kind) and we were not informed until I called closer to 3 weeks time. But this will not put us off from referring or buying from Betta again. Thanks”

“Would have been 5 ***** but let down by poor surveyor, 1 x wall unit measured wrong, I x cupboard unit measured wrong, back-splash measured wrong and tap unit would not fit where surveyor sited it. Tap unit had to go 25cm to the right. I realize errors can be made but these were school boy errors from a supposedly experienced surveyor, he was at our home for three hours to measure everything correctly. This had a knock-on effect as the tiler had to be re-scheduled because a new back-splash had to be made to order and he can`t tile without correct back-splash in place and this caused a knock-on effect for the kitchen floor fitters as we did not want the floor installed before the tiler had finished. Two tradesmen not best pleased having to re-schedule. So, you may wonder, why 4 **** ? The quality of the kitchen units are excellent and the three kitchen fitters we had over three and a half days were superb and could not be faulted. Thank you fellas for a top class fitting job, from Brian & Gail.”
