“Won over £100 they paid half of what it shows on the withdrawal. No customer service so can't resolve it”

“You can spend hundreds and maybe just maybe if you are lucky you’ll get a bonus even if you spend all that money on one game you still never get a bonus which is unheard of!! Never any free play no promotions nothing!!! They just take your money and that’s it!!! This casino is rigged big time!! I have never had this issue with any other online casino at least you get bonuses and you can actually come ahead someone needs too look into this!!! Not a happy customer at all”

“Worst betting company ever. Their customer care is non existent and I had a 2 hour wait on live chat. Deposited money and it removed it from my bank account twice and nothing credited to my betway account. Please avoid this company.”

“Poor customer service interaction, was rather rude and kept giving 'political' responses so it went round in circles. Created my account and was instantly locked out, after a week of submitting my details I still have no access to the account which I had already loaded £30 onto to meet the deposit requirements for the offer. Not impressed.”

“I have a $50 withdrawal that they refuse to release and they keep extending their time frames for no reason. Customer service are morons trained to spew meaningless rhetoric. Using Betway is about as much fun as getting your private parts caught in a rusty old bear trap.”

“They take so much of your hard earned money with questionable odds. I suspect they use an algorithm to make sure no one gets ahead. And when you do win, you might not get your money for days! I contacted customer service in order to track down my winnings, and the came back with a baseless excuse that it's taking longer than normal because of high volume. I know this is false because the only people who use this site have banned themselves from Draft Kings. Fan Duel, etc. and this is all that's left. If you do win (which is rare) the hold on to your money for an indeterminate number of days. In conclusion, Betway stinks worse that a latrine at a hunting camp.”

“I placed a bet on the oilers to be at exact score in the second period with betway and I won it was exact score 2-0 they said I lost of course the return was 700 dollars I won that bet so I contacted them and they tried to say that it was if they scored in the second half witch is completely not the bet it was exact score at second period don't use bet way they will scam any chance they get”
