“Was winning until today morning I had 6k vanish from my account into betways account. Who else has access to our account.... anyway very bad experience u win now n supposedly wen the money goes into your bank it disappeared.... I was wondering whether it was magic or reality that my money went missing..... then they locked my account....”

“I opened an acc but then when I tried to login my password was rejected. When I emailed them the reply I got was thay they no longer monitor the emails and sent me via customer support on system. Tried that and you just end up going round in circles getting nowhere. There is no real help for customers you are left in the lurch. Betfair seems to be the best out of the three I've found. Betfred just as bad.”

“Hi Team, Actually and promptly loving betway casino games but, I have deposited played win and loss more time but this I have deposited Rs 10000 as on Nov 28th 2022 through UPI still the amount is not credited to betway account. This is how is make me untrust app . I have contacted customer service through live chat and email they said banking team is still reviewing they will get back to you is this correct reason. “Really bad customer service… won’t credit you for promos that should be applied automatically. Spent 30 mins and got nowhere. They won’t even give you a free bet for screwing up.”

“Fixed matched has changed my life and I want that too for anyone reading this. I love betway because they haven’t blocked me despite my massive wins. “The games are decent and the website is pretty good but the customer service is an absolute mess. It's purposely difficult to contact them. Once you do manage to contact them -which is only available through live chat- it is painfully slow.”

“I'm only waiting 6 days guys for a withdrawal and I'm now worried. I hope we all get sorted . This cant be true sure betway are licensed by the gambling commission and have an app with google adverts on youtube I'll sit pretty for a few days before I react . I hope betway looks after there customers. Your nothing without your customers. If they are scamming it wont last longer than another two weeks”

“I joined betway in jan 2019 for a bit of fun I deposited about nine times however when I checked my bank statement there were double or even triple amounts taken each time a total of 42 transactions and 1425 total amount taken. When I raised this as a formal complaint they said it was due to delayed payments. On one day they took 21 amounts . I stopped playing on the 21st and they took a further x3£35 which I never agreed. I am taking it to a higher level but they have cancelled my account and made me feel like a guilty person which I am not. I advise people not to deal with them and if you do then monitor your withdrawals”
