“I’ve made a deposit that never reached my account and it’s basically impossible to contact them, so I lost the deposit and nothing I can do about it as there’s no one to complain to it’s disgusting just closing the account”

“Absolutely the worst online betting experience I have ever had. Virtually impossible to get through to a human.When you do totally unhelpful. As soon as a question is unscripted they just go to standard answer.So frustrating. Poor poor information on initial sign up. Feel totally ripped of. Such a poor service. Avoid at all costs in my opinion.”

“Think very carefully before you bet with Betway. In my case they did not honour their best odds offer. When I raised this with their customer service they said I was not eligible for any offers as trading management had withdrawn all offers from my account. Apparently this happened on October 31st . I had and still have not received any notification email from them nor have I received any explanation. And Yes I have asked for one. Indeed I received an email from customer support service on November 5th in response to a query that I raised on 4th November about why 2 separate credited free bets had been added together and could only be used as one bet. No mention of all such promotions being withdrawn from me. They said that they are happy that I continue to use them for recreational betting . Given that my betting average with them has been an average of about £10 per week I am unclear what classification of customer they think I am. Strongly recommend you bet with someone else.”

“Can only be described as a joke of a bookies. Customer service is an absolute disgrace they are rude, clueless and hardly understand a word that they say spoke to 6 different people in 24 hours and all have different things to say. They don't give you your money you won and come out with a million reasons why you can't get it they come up with their own rules that aren't even in the terms and conditions. Do NOT join you'd be better off burning your money than lining the pockets of this shower of pricks. Much much better bookies out there. Don't fall for any offer that seems to good to be true. Betway do us all a favour and give us our money or better yet go out of business!!!”

“I won £13,000 on this site with Black Jack but they refused to pay because I breached their bonus terms and condition when I bet more than 30% of the bonus that I received. I never asked for the bonus and it comes in my account. I completed the wagering requirements they asked for but you can't bet more than 30% of the bonus and have to wager 50 x the bonus! This rule designed by Betway is nothing more to scam us with this deceptive bonus term. A - I never even requested for Bonus and goes straight in my account without my consent. B - There were no Term and Conditions that state I will automatically receive a bonus when I create an account. C - I never even used the bonus at anytime. D - You are required to wager 50 x the bonus they give you not betting more than 30% of the bonus. Black Jack counts for 8%! E - If you lose your money they won't refund you. But if you win they won't pay you. Double standards. Utter and truely ridiculous.”

“I've been with Beltway few years now. Recently Ontario now runs it (not really sure what the hell is going on to be honest) Took away some games and then ability to control your spins like stop mid spin. So its most likely rigged. Finally win some money taking forever then they tell me I owed money for transactions from previous card. 120$ which made absolutely no sense. I replied I wanted dates for these transactions and the card In question I have changed some time ago. There was a 120$ in my casino account???? Played it of course got nothing put of it. This morning got email they would investigate. Went to check my casino account for the status of my withdrawal and my account was locked and to speak to customer service which is next to impossible to get a human being. So yes REAL SCREW AROUND STAY AWAY”

“Betway Fraud with Players Dear All, Like you all my withdrawals has been stuck for 15 days now. It's at 3rd stage "Processing Completed " and Fund has been released but not received anything till date. Dear all I think we all should join or make WhatsApp group or make Telegram Channel. where we all can discuss and be ready with proof (e.g. Screenshots of Betway Account, Bank statement of Deposit). We all shall contribute and hire High Court or Supreme Court Lawyer. Should complain Internation Gaming Organization ,Betway and all sites and Apps operating in India should banned or get ours hard earned money back. Please someone make Telegram or WhatsApp group as I am not that expert in all that. Guys be together don't let these guys think Indians are Fool. “On an esports bet, the team I bet against rebranded from Envy to Optic. They literally just changed the name of the team and they voided the bets as it made a "palpable difference" to the fixture. This has happened 10+ times and never been an issue, including on bet365 and Pinnace on the same match. Ridiculous, stay away. This site will find any excuse to cancel bets that they are losing on.”

“They don't pay out winning bets! You would think this would be the most essential thing to do as gambling service but they pick and choose when you when. Truely awful experience. Spoke with a representitve about this, a nearly impossible task, they said they would get back to me and they ghosted me instead! infuriating. If you win a bet you should get paid out. Brutal. Avoid at all costs.”

“The worst website for gambling. Deposits and withdrawl both they try to cheat unless to chase these scumbags they have debited funds from my account 1month ago never got credited to the betway account or my bank account, given my bank statement and debited receipt to their useless online support, twitter support and manger complaints team. Ungrateful bastards they have no brain to realize they Rob my money for their living..raised all type of complaints doesn't work with these stupids. Tried finding the CEO email non existing hence this is purely stupid site. We can play at live casino and clubs rather using these type of sites who rob us to feed their families for every penny we invest. Please god will abuse them in all way don't use betway.”

“They wasted 4 hours of my time with chats and emails. Pure harassment in chat "support", no email answers at all, absolute unreasonable request of documents for an already fully verified account. All in the hopes I will give up and forget about my withdrawal that they kept for weeks without giving me any reason at all! Lying scammers. Go somewhere else - don't waste your time!”

“I had deposited amount of 1000 & 500 both time money has been deducted from my ICICI bank account through NetBanking , but till time it is not credited in my Betway wallet. Very Bad , I loose total 1500/- INR so please don't trust on it . And no one helping/assist you. Very poor”
