“I was fooled by the $200 deposit match bonus. After wagering that and more I was wondering why I couldn’t withdraw the full amount. Turns out you must wager over $8000 CAD before having access any winnings from the $200 bonus. On top of that, I logged in to see that just under $500 of bonus had been removed from my account while I had not yet made any withdrawal. Bet if you want but the bonus money is a scam. Customer support is untouchable via phone or email so I guess my money is as good as gone.”

“J’attend mon retrait depuis plus d’un mois, ils disent qu’ils me l’ont envoyé c’est pas le cas, sachant que j’ai le retrait via transfert Interac. Depuis plus d’un mois, le service client disent que c’est le service financier qui s’occupe de ce genre de demande, je ne peux pas communiquer avec eux directement. En conclusion, c’est des voleurs ne leur faite pas confiance avec votre argent. Ils vont répondre à ce message pour faire croire au monde qu’ils vont communiquer avec moi pour régler le problème, juste des mensonges c’est de la pub pour montrer qu’ils suivent les avis.”

“I cant get my withdrawal. They said they would direct message me after complaing on trustpilot and I got no message. They owe me 300$. Their help on the site is nonexistent. I have spent over 5 hours in the chat room multiple times to no avail. It always kicks me out before I can talk to someone.”

“Extremely unpleasant experience with Betway. They have owed me money for almost a month now and they keep giving me excuses instead of paying me the money the owe me. I’ve heard many similar horror stories about Betway. They have no problem taking your money but when it comes to paying your money out, they give you the run around of a lifetime. Would never recommend this site to anyone as their customer service is appalling and they will tell you they’re working on it and never get back to you. They claim they will review your account but they don’t. They claim they did what they were supposed to but they give you the biggest run around. Stay away ! Do not believe anything they tell you. Will update in a few days and let you know if I ever get the 300$ that’s owed to me . Update: Betway asked me to reply to their private message with more info (after already contacting them with my info 10+ times and answering all of their questions, and then when I do, they say the same thing as before. Still haven’t sent me the money they owe me… more run arounds! So ridiculous. Just send me the 300$ you owe me.. why do you treat your customers this way Betway? Unacceptable . They continue to tell me they will contact me with an update but I constantly have to follow up and every time I follow up I get the same useless response with 0 resolution. I am really hoping Betway does the right thing and expedites the 300$ owed to me. Will provide an update if they resolve the issue. Currently still unresolved. EXTREMELY frustrated with Betway (owned by supergroup - holdings company) to say the least. Robbery. Update #2: still no progress. Betway has given me the same excuses and run around they have for weeks. Has anyone else run into this kind of scam with Betway? This is insane. They will easily take your money but when it comes time to pay you what you’re owed they make you jump Through hoops and give you delay after delay. All trust is lost with Betway. Would not recommend them To anyone unfortunately unless you want your money taken ! I will not stop telling people about my terrible experience until the issue is fully resolved and they have provided me the 300$ they owe me. I will provide an update if they ever give me the money that is owed to me. I highly doubt it will Happen as they keep telling me the same lies every day . Worst experience I’ve ever had with a sports betting app.”

“Still waiting on my withdrawal for 19th jan, they said couldn’t pay me my money with existing card I deposited with. It has worked fine on other occasions. Told me to add another card and deposit money to activate it. I still havnt received any money , now they are saying my login details are wrong . The only thing thats wrong is Betway. “This company have bad customer service system. No one reply on my emails. The phone number isn't in service. They have few customer service agents or they have a lot of customers who have issues that they need to discuss and as a result of that, I had to wait 2 hours and 3 hours on the next day to get my issue solved but I couldn't talk to any agent for the deposit that I made on Feb 2, 2024 and It's been credited to my account yet (today: Feb 9, 2024)”

“Absolute shambles of a company, please everyone write to the gambling commission and gambling commissioner to get this so called licensed betting company investigated. They won't pay withdrawals, requested to card deposited on can't do it, sent in details for swift bank referral won't do it, have managed to delay withdrawal now removed my pending withdrawals and money not re credited to my account.
