“Really bad customer service… won’t credit you for promos that should be applied automatically. Spent 30 mins and got nowhere. They won’t even give you a free bet for screwing up.”

“The games are decent and the website is pretty good but the customer service is an absolute mess. It's purposely difficult to contact them. Once you do manage to contact them -which is only available through live chat- it is painfully slow.”

“I'm only waiting 6 days guys for a withdrawal and I'm now worried. I hope we all get sorted . This cant be true sure betway are licensed by the gambling commission and have an app with google adverts on youtube I'll sit pretty for a few days before I react . I hope betway looks after there customers. Your nothing without your customers. If they are scamming it wont last longer than another two weeks”

“I joined betway in jan 2019 for a bit of fun I deposited about nine times however when I checked my bank statement there were double or even triple amounts taken each time a total of 42 transactions and 1425 total amount taken. When I raised this as a formal complaint they said it was due to delayed payments. On one day they took 21 amounts . I stopped playing on the 21st and they took a further x3£35 which I never agreed. I am taking it to a higher level but they have cancelled my account and made me feel like a guilty person which I am not. I advise people not to deal with them and if you do then monitor your withdrawals”

“They told me my funds I tried to withdraw had an error. I went in to try again and there was nothing there. I emailed multiple times. There was no response anywhere at all. I have screenshots of the money in the account and me attempting to withdraw. I eventually just figured that the email was not valid anymore. I had a significant amount of money in the account and didn’t really have any options as their number leads to no where too. I decided to cut my losses and just close the account and thought I’d check and see if they’d answer me now. Of course I emailed them to cancel my account and they responded right away saying they could do so. No response for months and then as soon as I want to cancel they respond right away. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Please do not use this app, any other app is just better all around. There’s a reason they are rated so low and not as popular as other apps.”

“To all existing and potential victims i.e. online players/gamblers, be ye already signed up or thinking of signing up with Betway (be it for fun or sadly if its more serious), I advise stay clear of this criminal gang of parasites. Sadly I had the misfortune to stumble upon them. My own stupidity yes I know, and yes they cleaned me out. There vegas games are horrific, worst I have come across on any of the sites. I know this has been highlighted on here already, but this crowd are really in a league of their own. Please for your own benifit do not sign up and encourage this lot as they are TOTAL SCAM site!!!”

“My account it's been on cool off period for a long time now , it will say it expires on 07-05-2024 07:23:09 then I log in then after 30 min it logged it self off and start saying your cool off period will expires on another date on and on till now since from April😭😭😭”

“Betway is absolutely the worst betting app I’ve ever experienced. I dnt even know how they are legally allowed to scam people. They do not have a phone number that you can reach. They just put a fake number in their website and it’s not working. Their live chat takes forever to respond. If you think you can wait for 5 hours. Go for it. It’s so simple. You can easily deposit money. But YOU CAN NEVER WITHDRAW YOUR WINNINGS. So good luck if you wanna use this website.”

“I placed a wager and won. Pretty simple. The next day my winnings were taken back and I was refunded my original bet because the money that was in my account deposited by my wife was not mine. Same last name, same bank account information, etc etc. I am planning on making a complaint to the Malta Gaming Authority.”

“Hi, I have won money the first time i transfer money to this app and its been 4 months since i have been trying to collect my funds with no success.They do not have any numbers to reach them. The live chat has an automated robot trying to answer. After many many days of trying i had a message saing a representative will help me and i was number 76 in queue, i had to take a picture - no one would belive me. Then after 5 hours and 48 min of waiting it closed with an error message. This a complete scam of a betting up. If you deposit money on this app do not expect to collect your funds. By far, it is the worst app i have ever experienced.”
