“Joined Betway Sunday night lots of games and things to do. I won often ,lost on some games which is expected, i had some small wins and 2 decent wins , I withdraw 5times in last 48hrs and today all my winnings was paid to me. “So basically I lost 20 euros at around 3:30PM September 22nd from my bank account but not getting it through to my betway account... Its been more than 2 months since that happened for me to get a reply today from the live support which is mostly made up of automated bots about how there was an error and thats it... Money still no where to be seen. Overall really bad customer support in general and the waiting time for solving problems is way too much. I'd pass this website for any newcomers that are wanting to gamble online.”

“Do not use this site. I uploaded $100 several months ago then when I finally chose to use it this week I bet on 5 games, to which I was successful in every one-the next morning and since then I haven't been able to login and then told me I have to close my account which is at $59, what sense does that make? SCAM”

“I deposited $90 because there was a promotion to match up to $200. It’s been 2 months since I successfully e-transfered them my funds and nothing has come into my account. I have spoken to the company MANY times and they won’t do anything about it. The excuse they gave me is that it’s the payment company's fault and both theirs.”

“some kind of massacre on Monday I made a transfer of the winnings of 200 f to my account so far there is no money an e-mail came that the account details do not match my debit card details which is not true they told me to connect to the chat which is unavailable I think betway deceived me which is really I'm sorry”

“IMPOSSIBLE TO WITHDRAW MONEY, AVOID BY ALL MEANS I cannot believe betting firms are allowed to operate in this way, I had to contact the Customer Service an insane amount of times to be able to withdraw the money I won, and it took me well over 1 month to get (some of) my money, wasting and incredible amount of time. Someone less determined than me would have just given up. Also although they accept deposits by credit card, they will not allow you to withdraw money to your card (at least not in my jurisdiction), so you'll be forced to open one of these dodgy "online wallets" which will charge you insane fees to make a simple transfer to a bank account (in my case it was almost 10%!). And some of the wallets they indicate as allowed withdrawal methods in my jurisdiction are not even available here! The Customer Service replies promptly on the chat system, but then they cannot solve the issues themselves, they say someone will follow up, but nobody ever does. And not to mention the "10 EUR welcome bonus": if you win with that money, then you are forced to bet 50 times (yes, FIFTY times!) the welcome bonus with cash deposits if you want to have the chance to withdraw your money. It may even be hidden somewhere in the fine print, but it certainly not made it clear when the bonus is granted. Unbelievable. I strongly recommend NOT to use this platform, if you do not want to waste time and money.”

“I really dont mind the app my my word is it really possible to just loose after lose really i don't understand but the hot fruit game is just eating eating eating really i know you cant win them all but good god two to 5 grand a week on one game and the betting 3 rand no way guys you are not fair at all please just be fair thats all we ask sho we are seeing our ass daily like in daily please check into this. “Betway keep well away like taking wagers but will not pay out when requested they say problem with card there was no problem when taking money off card I requested £20+ they say problems getting it on to card keep away robbers and bandits to try get in touch with them you got no chance lie after lie be warned.”

“My storry is awful with betway... I like to try different betingsites but I never had a similar feeling or story like what I have with betway... I live in UK and I have many success registration where I registered myself with my proof of documents ( Ladbrokes ,888, william hill, betfred etc) everywhere when you make a new registration you need to verify your account (this is normal and alright this is the rules than its oke) so I registered myself to betway and I start to play (beting) I loose and again I loose but this is the dark side of this game around 1 week later I won 600£ and I start a withdrawn procedure that was saturday 8.th oktober , in the first time looks everything alright I think that monday or tuesday my money is ariveing to my bank account, not arived... moday I get a message from a verify team to I need to verify myself , I sad oke no problem I had every document what they needed so I sent everything ( passport , ID, fresh bank statement with the correct address) and im wait ... 1 day 2 day 3day 4day nothing happen. (I try to speak with the support but they coudn't help for me , I try to speak many time with the verify team but they dont answer back ) I started the withdrawn at 8. October, now 18. October and my account is closed I coudn't log in to the site becouse betway closed my account with zero information and they don't pay for me nothing . I write many time email (becouse they don't have a phone number what you can call) they absolute ingnore the user and absolute don't give information what is the reason why they don't paying out your money... I had a 500£ what is my money and they don't paying out.... My documents be sure its good ( everywhere good was only Just here not?) They don't give a reason what is the problem.... and after they without reason closeing my account? Incredible how can let a big company do this whit a user who bring the money there .... I want answers and I want my money back !”

“Betway Fraud with Players Dear All, Like you all my withdrawals has been stuck for 15 days now. It's at 3rd stage "Processing Completed " and Fund has been released but not received anything till date. Dear all I think we all should join or make WhatsApp group or make Telegram Channel. where we all can discuss and be ready with proof (e.g. Screenshots of Betway Account, Bank statement of Deposit). We all shall contribute and hire High Court or Supreme Court Lawyer. Should complain Internation Gaming Organization ,Betway and all sites and Apps operating in India should banned or get ours hard earned money back.
