“FIRST RATE COMPANY. The day before my holiday, I found that the water pump on my caravan had seized up. At 2:30 in the afternoon, it was well past the deadline for next day delivery. But a very nice lady at Big White Box said if I could get my order placed on line within 10 minutes, she would do everything that she could to ensure that I received it in time for me to be able to fit it before my holiday. It arrived promptly and is now fitted. I have ordered many other caravan accessories from them, as their pricing is very competitive and service is excellent. Big White Box is now my first port of call for any caravan requirements. *****”
