“Bought a caravan cover from them During 80 mph winds it managed to shred and take a roof skylight off my van Emailed them and all they could say it must have snagged on the roof Took pictures and that wasn’t good enough they wanted other ones after telling them it was disposed of Not very helpful at all”

“part fitted was easy 10/10.when used on our recent road trip water inlet failed on first use ? Can you advise if a higher pressure type is available or is mine a faulty part. This is the 2nd one used now.”

Dear Nigel, Thanks for the review and I’m sorry to hear you had a problem with the water inlet. I can see you have only bought one item from us so I guess the previous issues you have experienced were with another supplier. The item you have bought is a very well produced product and I haven't heard of any issues with these failing at all so for you to have two fail is very unusual.
