1. I call to book lessons, they ask my availability, I tell them Mon-Thu after 4pm or weekends 2. Take money 3. Instructor isn't available in that time period, says he can only do Thu 3pm 4. I tell him I am working and can't really do 3pm, I'd have to speak with work to see if I can get the time off. 5. Instructor offers Mon 3pm 6. I again tell him that I'd have to speak with work and that I work Mon-Fri 8-4. 7. Instructor tells me to ask my work 8. I say ok, I'll ask for Thursday and that I'd let him know on Monday morning (It was Friday night) 9. I get the ok from work and let him know 9am Monday morning. 10. He misses my message, books my slot with someone else 11. I work extra hours to make up the time for Thursday 12. He messages me asking if I've talked to my company yet 13. I reminded him that I already messaged him. He told me he missed the message and has already booked Thursday slot. 14. I suck it up, work extra next week again to cover Thursday 3pm again. 15. Thursday, 30 minutes before my lesson, he cancels citing car break down 16. I message him back asking if he knows when my next lesson will be / if the car will be fixed. 17. Wait 2 hours with no response, call Bill Plant and asked to be moved to a different instructor, they say yes. 18. Instructor phones me complaining that I've cancelled on him because his car broke down through no fault of his own 19. One week later I still haven't heard from my new instructor, call Bill Plant, they are waiting for my old instructor to refund before they even book me in with new instructor 20. Give up, ask for a refund. 3 stars because at least they didn't quibble on the refund.
