“I normally don’t feel comfortable investing online but because the company I worked for downsized due to the pandemic and I was one of those affected. I had to invest the money I had left. “People need to be extremely vigilant with this company. They scam people out of their money. They log in behind the background on your computer and go into your banking page. This company should not be allowed to operate. They should be shut down and be investigated thoroughly. Look out people. “Losing my funds to Binance for years has been the worst thing that has happened to my entire life. If you're still planning on trading with binance, Etoro and other scam brokers then you're honestly putting yourself on a great risk because you might just end up losing all what you've worked for in your entire life. I just hope you don't experience the hard times I went through after trading with binance. They entirely took all I had and left me with nothing. After investing $98,000 with them, they denied my several attempts to withdraw my funds out, I filed several reports to the security agencies, none of them could help me with it. For years I tried several ways to get my fund out until last month when I found out about revenue Surveillance Corp located in Miami Florida. All thanks to this expert who quickly came to my aid and my colleague who recommended them to me with a referral A1. I sent a mail to their official web page at RESUC.ORG with the referral A1, Describing how the whole event happened and I gave them some details too concerning the transactions too. “I had a withdrawal issue with them and couldn't get my funds when i initiated a withdrawal, They ask me to pay 20% upfront fees, I did and they asked for me. It's not so good if everyone complains about a particular issues and nothing is been done to correct it, Except we use external recovery companies like Finalresolute. com , Before withdrawal issues are resolved. It's fraud to just wake up and decide to block my account for no reason, why? they kept telling me stories about verifying my income, when did you guys become the governement? I was finally able to get my funds recovered by the help of Finalresolute. com, You can use them if you in such situation.”

“The first few weeks are okay so that you get some money into binance. Then you try to login and suddenly sms text notification is required too. But they do NOT send you an sms text notification. So you click re-send, again and again .... and again and again, binance does NOT send you any sms text notifications to you ..... so you cannot access your account anymore and binance gets your money. Clever huh?”

“I have been a very loyal customer with Binance for more than 3 years. I turn over 100's of thousands of dollars every month. The way I have been treated by this company has no logic. Customer service will only chat via text. They refuse to give you even a first name. I had people leave the chat and left me hanging for so long. I wanted to see how long this would go for. It went for over 6 hours. Then one person came back to talk and aplogised, then I asked for his name to determine if it was the same person that left me hanging for hours, he went quite again. I have seen people on this forum ask the question why aren't people making videos on YouTube about how terrible customer service is with binance, well, you will start seeing videos now by me. In case you didn't pick up on my message to everyone, never ever make the mistake of dealing with Binance. They have caused me so much stress and you are mad if you consider dealing with them.”

“I tried to open an account with them, for more than 2 months. A real comedy of errors. They would repeatedly ask me for the SAME documents over and over again. Their filing system must suck. These fucks are Sooooo damn incompetent, I will never trust them with my money. A couple of times, they even referred to me by someone else name. By the time I said enough is enough and stopped responding to their demands, I had already been verified by two other prominent US exchanges in the same time.”
