“I have ordered 4 puzzles over time from you. I an extremely frustrated with EVERY puzzle. The "random" cuts are disgusting and very hard to assemble. None of the 4 puzzles have been assembled. I will choose another brand from here forward. Also your puzzles DO NOT LOCK”
“I ordered from this company because it had an Ontario address. After I put my order in, I found out it was coming from the US which means border crossing and weeks long wait. I ordered two puzzle boxes for money gifts. I was disappointed in them because the instructions weren't clear and only worked by accident but then the boxes relocked by themselves which meant I couldn't even use them preopened. I tried to post a picture but it wouldn't load on the site.”
