“smooth transaction however when items arrived main one was " out of stock " and only made aware upon deliver and not before”

“Disappointed, one of the products I ordered and paid for was replaced with a smaller size. According to BHC the size I ordered had been damaged, a refund of the difference needed to be given, I’m still waiting for the refund!”

“You know, you're products are good. But the shipping aspect is really frustrating. I've bought from you twice now, and both times I have this frustrating situation where the delivery company (whoever your shipping partner is in Lithuania) claims that they were not able to deliver ("Delivery attempted - premises closed"). Bit times, that's a lie, especially since or premises are open and absolutely no attempt had been made to deliver. I know this because I work from home and both "attempts" I was ready and waiting. So I see that this is due to one of two reasons: 1) they are lying, or b) they delivered to the wrong address. The second option is incompetence, while the first one is just unethical and you should really get on them about that. It's really messing up my enjoyment of your products.”

“My first time of order I paid for 1-2 day delivery as I needed one of the items. It was initially delayed which they noted on the delivery note when it eventually arrived. Then two items were not with your delivery, one that they had made a note of on the delivery note and one that was just missing. I called the first day and was advised about one of the missing items which is fine but then I was told to email which I did they said someone would respond - no one did. I called the next day and explained all of the above again and said I didn’t think it was a very good service... he said it was a new company and they were having teething problems. I understand all this but all it would take is better communication. I am still waiting for the missing two items.”

“Everything came within the expected time, but I didn't actually get any updates on my package and its whereabouts etc, so I was kinda left wondering for a week until it turned up randomly (and then I missed it coz I didn't know to expect it that day)”
