“Products packed well - no damage, turned up in a reasonable time scale. But I did receive a different item to what I ordered, I’m very happy my product was replaced for a similar one if it was out of stock but the product I ordered was £1.50 more expensive and 4oz bigger than what I got. And the product I ordered is still available on the website so I’m not sure why I didn’t get this. Never been contacted about the substitution either.”

“The website is nice and easy to order straight from, no issues experienced. Communication from BHC is poor, in fact, you don't get any responses at all. My order was 3 weeks late, I wrote to them and nothing. It just arrived one day.”

“Rosemary, peppermint and Biotin range for hairloss. I thought the shampoo was ok. Smells pleasant, lathered well, hair felt clean. The mask also was just ok. The styling cream, although it gave my curls some definition felt sticky on my hair which I didn't like. The following day my hair was matted. The oil feels like any other hair oil on its own, putting it on my scalp after the styling cream made my hair even stickier. There's no change to my hair loss or condition unfortunately. Overall I'm rather disappointed. Will not buy this range again. Sorry I couldn't be more positive.”

“The hair brush looks ok. Only thing is I cant really tell the difference between both sides of the brush. Both feel soft to me. I thought one of the sides will feel hard. But I guess its ok and still does the job”
