“Ordered a lot of different products, order was processed and dispatched quickly but was missing an item, I've emailed the company twice before posting this review, I wanted to give them a chance to rectify it before posting a negative review. However, I've received no response from the company and am out the money for the product.”

“The package arrived wet because half of the contents of one of the bottles had leaked due to not being screwed on correctly. I sent an email with images and have not had a reply.”

“I would give a higher rating but when I had an open order shipped to me and tried to get in contact, no one responded. First time having an issue with a product from Black Hair Care and unfortunately no one is helping me to resolve the issue.”

“The quality of the durag was awful it arrived partially ripped. Also the packaging is deceiving it displays a completely different material and colour to the durag you actually get.”

“Service was great until I revived the package which has a huge crack in the bottom of it. I suppose you did put fragile on the box however it wasn’t enough to ensure the package arrived undamaged. As because you would have got a perfect score.”
