“We purchased a Rotherfield Classic Post Box recently and we were very pleased with the great service we received from Jack Shirley. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He was very helpful in advising us on various matters including colour, font shape and sizing of lettering too. We will definitely be purchasing more goods in the near future from this company. “Gorgeous life size Bronze Stag purchased to add onto a grassy banking entrance to Housing 21 Care Home. He is fabulous and the ladies here love him. “Black Country Metal Works have not made me happy. I ordered a Hanging Basket Disk Design on the 23rd May 25 which included next day delivery. It is now 2nd June 25 and have had no response to telephone calls and emails as to what has happened to my order.”

“From start to finish, all my dealings have been so pleasant and timely. I wanted a bespoke weather vane and Joanne Jones was able to design one that was not only perfect, it was even better than perfect. It was for a "special" birthday present for my brother and sister-in-law and when they received it, they were completely bowled over by it. It was just perfect (and it arrived in good time too!) So many thanks to you all for such wonderful service.”
