“ Purchased a book from an international seller from this website, estimated to take between 15-45 days? I never received it however I had to wait the max estimated timeframe for delivery to inquire about a refund which by the time it ended almost meant I would be ineligible for a refund (60 days). ”

“ I have seen others from Australia with exact same issue and I don’t think anyone in Australia should order from this company if you actually need a book! Also, they have now tried to deny any responsibility for the safe arrival for these deliveries because, and I quote Hanna a Blackwell’s employee here, “Orders to Australia are sent by standard mail, which is untracked, with the final stage of delivery being completed by Australia Post. ”
