“Bought the original that was recalled. Had to destroy the product to get the replacement. That was over a year ago and still have not received the replacement. Have contacted them multiple times and filed complaint with the BBB and still nothing.
Customer service is ZERO rating.”

“I would give them zero stars if I could. I have been waiting over a year for a replacement product due to their recall in 2023. They made us render the old blender ineffective before they would accept our request for a replacement. To date, they have not addressed my concern nor have they provided a replacement. They continue to send out new blenders to new customers, but are not replacing the defective ones.”
“Blend Jet sent an email about a recall in December of 2023. Ever since this date, I followed instructions of destroying the mechanism (the company said they would only send me a replacement if I destroyed the original product), sending them (visual) proof, ordering a replacement Blend Jet, and have been emailing them since January 2024 about my replacement that Blend Jet refuses to send me. Blend Jet has blamed supply chain, refuses to give me a cash refund (from the original purchase), refuses to offset their supply from Black Friday, and will not attempt to make any solution in this endeavor whatsoever. I read in online forums that many other people have gotten their replacements while others are still waiting like myself that are waiting 1+year and counting. I feel like I have been baited and switched for being understanding to the customer service representatives; however, this wait is absurd. I have lost all faith in this "business", and I question the integrity of the practices of this "business".”
“Cut up my blendjet because it was recalled exactly how I was supposed to. It’s been over a year and a new replacement has still not came. Very frustrated as it was working fine before and now I don’t have my blender! Impossible to get ahold of company!”
“Extremely bad experience dealing with this company. After recall of their products a couple of years back, I was promised replacement units. Even after multiple follow up emails to check on status of replacement over last year or so, I've never received any replacement or even a credit for these units that I essentially had to disable. Their response is essentially for me to be patient, as they're a small company. This is bad business practice. If I could rate less than a 1 star, I would.”

“This is actually a big fat zero! I’ve had the same experience as many of the others here. I was very happy at first with the blender and bought two more as gifts. They were then recalled well over a year ago and I have not as yet received our three replacement blenders even though I have emailed to ask when I would be receiving them. No specific date but they’re working on it. Why are they still selling them? Now I just want my money back for the three I purchased. Don’t deal with this company!”
“Total rubbish. First one was recalled - waited months for replacement. Replacement only worked for one charge and use them wouldn't recharge. Blendjet wouldn't replace it because it's outside the 30day warranty. DO NOT BUY this product. Read other reviews, this is a pattern. I ended up buying a Ninja portable blender. Much stronger, longer battery and reliable... And cheaper!”
“I got the blendjet 2 and it advertises as super powerful and that it can blend ice, frozen fruit etc.. which it fact does not do very well. I only put a couple in at a time and they still get stuck on the blades.”
