MANY emails with Dan from Customer services with promises of a refund which never arrived.
No products, no refund, now no response.

“Ordered an item for Christmas present when I received it was ripped down one side photos were sent by email. No reply back needing sticker to return it ,no response. As it was a Christmas present had to take the item to a steeamstress to fix which I was out the money for a new item. The customer care unexceptionable .”

Unfortunately due to the UK leaving the European Union, there are sometimes charges for importing products from the UK into EU territories, which is just something that is beyond our control I'm afraid and is controlled by local governments. This is stated on our website and we are sorry that this has happened once again.
