Ordered a chevron padded jacket on the 21st November 2022, I've still not received the item. I've emailed, messaged and have had no reply. The jacket was for a birthday present, in November, but it's not even going to be a Christmas present. Annoyed that nobody responses to enquiries would like a refund

Didn't recieve my order after saying its being dispatched to then find out its out of stock! But emailed and they sorted a refund straight away! Abit disappointed but can't fault the team when I emailed.

Purchased item one was the correct size the other was the wrong size posted back the wrong size and still have received an exchange. Even though the item I purchased was lovely I will never us BLFD again because communication is bad and I have lost money no item and no refund

Delivery was fast but item was to big, have to pay to return goods. Wont be ordering from BLFD again
