They even encouraged us to file a fraudulent bank dispute. After 18+ months with nothing to show, we’ve filed complaints with the Attorney General and plan to pursue a lawsuit. Their positive reviews are misleading—likely fake. Please stay away from Blitz Mobile Apps if you value your time, money, and trust.”
“In March 2023 Jay Brown, of Blitz Mobile Apps, told me that his company could review my existing project and make recommendations for Improvement. Mr. Brown agreed on the phone and in an email to refund my money if things didn’t work out. I sent them the project upfront. They never acknowledged receiving it or working on it. Instead, after a month had passed, they demonstrated a navigational technique they were creating. I explained, again, that I did not want an app built. I have invested thousands of dollars and over 4 years in creating the app that I have sent to them. I explained that I have a project I want repaired. Repair is the first step of the project. The technicians, after a few more weeks and very little communication, then demonstrated another app function that they had built from scratch and did not mention my project or what I had hired them for. In an email dated August 8, 2023, I canceled the project and requested a full refund of my $2,750. They refused to refund my money. I have asked for it multiple times and they have still not agreed to refund my money. The California Attorney General has been informed and a complaint has been filed.”
“The price quoted was reasonable and they sent me a money-back guarantee in writing. Unfortunately, they didn't understand that Initially, I wanted my project file repaired and updated. I did NOT ask them to build an app from scratch. We discussed them working on it AFTER the project file was repaired. After 4 weeks of limited Communication and unanswered emails, they surprised me with the beginnings of a new app. I told them clearly that I did NOT want a new app built and gave them a second chance to review my project file. They never reviewed my project file and instead surprised me with the beginnings of an app...again. I immediately canceled my project and asked for my promised refund. They continue to not honor their money-back guarantee to this day. A complaint has been filed with The California Attorney General has been notified.”
“I have been dealing with this company since March and I can truly say that their customer service is horrible. I have a small boutique and procured their services on Bark to do a revamp on my site that is on shopify. I have spent almost $1,000 with them to still not have my website working correctly. to top it off I had another one of their project managers who looked at my site state that the site did not look good but they could make changes to it. The funny thing is it was one of their project managers from their same company who worked on my site. I have promises over promises that they would work on my site between all these promises I have lost money. The communication is horrible and their promises are empty I am asking them to refund me my money. It would be different if it was a standalone site but its' on shopify which should be an easy project. From march till now which is June and my site is no where ready to be used and the concept is completely off. to say upset is an understatement Furious would be the correct term. If you ask me I would not suggest using them at all!!”
