“The lady I sent your flowers to emailed a picture of them as she was so delighted. They corresponded exactly to your picture online. I particularly liked the smart way they were wrapped and the fact that you had bought in brand name chocolates (so I knew the quality) and proper greetings cards. Thanks very much!”

“Flowers ordered were not delivered- you can’t change a person & then not deliver the goods. Reason provided was that the area is too rural, website should advise cannot deliver to rural areas if that’s the case - there is nothing on the site to indicate this. Also we were advised customer support tried to call & there was no answer- there is an answer machine no message was left for us to make contact. Overall shoddy experience- usually use another provider but wanted to try something new but never again! Other provider based in Dublin and has no issues delivering to a rural address.”

“Although the ease of the ordering process was great, unfortunately the feedback I got from the recipient is that the flowers were a bit withered which is very disappointing given they were ordered a week in advance, I picked this website because of the fabulous reviews and the elevate cost which I thought would guarantee me a beautiful fresh bunch.”

“The flowers were a surprise for my mother so I put my contact details down. The driver called me just as he was heading to Ramelton and understood straight away the directions I gave him to my mothers house (it can be a little tricky to find). Flowers were delivered in perfect condition and my mother said they were beautiful so well done Bloom Magic I really appreciated the service from start to finish. Many thanks, Paul”

“Ordered the pink hat box flowers and paid for premium and got a standard white one, I only ordered twice from bloom Magic and this happened twice! Also ordered the brut champagne bottle and it arrived in a cheap plastic bag with no protection whatsoever!!! I could’ve bought it in a supermarket and would’ve came in a nicer bag even! Never again ! Very disappointing and embarrassing!”
