Ridiculous amount of waste paper, cardboard, sacking, staples, ribbon for a small bunch of flowers which could have been put straight into my hand by delivery person. 🙄

I found ordering through Bloom very straight forward and the service prompt but unfortunately the delivery was a let down the driver delivered to the wrong address I got my delivery fee back and they did g et delivered but 4 hours after I got notification that they had been delivered

Was a little unhappy with update on website which never updated past step 1 - being prepared... Why have a website with this feature if not utilised. When you take responsibility for a group, ordering flowers for a friend and persuading them that you are dealing with a good florist, you expect to stand over that decision. I couldn't say that in this instance despite being happy with service previously. Delivering flowers at 5pm, although I believe they arrived later, is really too late at the end of a birthday day. Flowers while lovely had too much filler in them and not enough blooms as pictured in brochure. The staff and email. Response is good however. Sorry I can't give a better review on this occasion.

I received flowers from bloom magic and they were gorgerous so when I decided to use them to send flowers for a friend's birthday. I was very disappointed as the flowers looked dull and a lot of them were not even open.

There were much less flowers than expected considering paid for the deluxe range. Much less than the photo

Had an initial difficulty with the order but this was dealt with by customer support in a timely and efficient manner. Flowers were beautiful and fresh.

My first purchase was not delivered and rearranged after my emai enquiry of non-delivery after original expected delivery date. As only website enquiry is possible on this product, my flower gift delivery date delayed for a week! My friend told me they enjoy flower but delivery date hope to be timely...

Got flowers today delivered from my husband.very disappointed with them they were supposed to be the Dulux bouquet but very misleading from picture for the price of them also they sent wrong card

I've paid 10 EUR for delivery (that is a higher price than 8 EUR for delivery and is treated as same-day delivery), and was expecting flowers to be delivered early next day (as my wife had a birthday). I didn't have any indication/call of the time of delivery and this is bad, when I pay for the (almost) same-day delivery. I recommend to add this and make sms/calls for a period of say 4hours when the delivery is expected. 10 EUR for delivery is some money and it should be organised is a proper way. Another thing - I've bought additionally a card with my wish, that I've entered in Russian. There is no indication, that only English is accepted on the website. So in the confirmation email I've noticed that instead of Russian words - there were only ?????. I wrote immediately to the support, and next morning I've received an answer that they can't do anything, as the order is dispatched (so it was dispatched early morning from Dublin and was travelling all day??). So I'd recommend to add this note to the website that it doesn't support different languages encodings. It was my wife's birthday and had to tell to her at 8pm that I've ordered flowers but they hadn't arrived yet (no surprise for her anymore). Finally the flowers were delivered at around 9pm. I must confess - they are very beautiful and of a perfect quality, but the "magic" of the moment was lost, although she was laughing about my ?????congratulation message in the card.

Hi Ivan, so sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience. We really appreciate this review as it has provided us with some great feedback. Our IT team are currently looking into ways we can make our message system more suited to other languages. Unfortunately, due to delivery restrictions in place across the country, our new courier partner had some initial difficulties which led to some bouquet deliveries arriving later than we would ever consider acceptable. I ordered a package, Flowers, Wine & Chocolates (plus paid extra for glass vase but 'NO VASE' arrived) on Tuesday for my wife's 60th birthday, the courier whom I had to contact to arrange delivery time was 'FANTASTIC' trying to sort it! But emailing Customer services to inquire why & reply's I received were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL???

I have used Bloom Magic a few times now since lockdown. The quality is hit and miss but last week I had flowers delivered to my Mum which arrived Worst for the wear! They were very wilted my overall experience is that they are very expensive for what they are the size of bouquets very small. I can’t wait for my local florist to reopen!

I had two orders of flowers delivered within a week for two seperate family occasions - the flowers were gorgeous and presented really well. Packaging wise they were also securely boxed to prevent any damage in transit. I've given 3 stars for the flowers, less 2 stars for the delivery - Bloom notified me on both days that the flowers had dispatched about 10:00 that morning. DPD told me the first flowers would be delivered between 12:30 and 1:30 - they arrived at 17:30... For the second set I heard nothing from DPD all day until a text at 17:11 - to say they would be delivered between 17:19-18:19!! I was already at the family event (without the flowers!), I rushed home to collect them and found the box leaning obviously against my front door where anyone could have taken them. Bloom Magic Flowers: great flowers, please look at your delivery company. Reliability is key for me if I'm ordering flowers online.

Excellent delivery, it was really quick. I ordered at 11am and the flowers were delivered same day at 3.30pm. However, I was disappointed with what arrived. For the price I paid, I would have expected much larger bouquets. I found them to be very small even though I paid extra for the larger size.
