Hi Dear Bloom magic! I got my mulberry flowers but unfortunately it’s not a delux size that I ordered:((( it was my best friend birthday- 45! And I really wanted to give her a big bouquet that I initially ordered, but I received a smaller size .... is there anything you can do about it? I must say I am very disappointed! Thanks so much!

No. The number of flowers did not match the image. I expected a lush vibrant bouquet

Hi there. For a “deluxe” bunch of flowers the bunch was considerably small. I understand you might be a premium outlet but it was very sub par with a lot of filler and very few flowers for €50. Thanks, Jon Jon

Quality of flowers was ok but delivery at 9.30PM is not acceptable in my opinion. Tracking service was also not available on the day.

We are aware that some customers received their bouquet deliveries much later than we would expect or deem acceptable. Unfortunately due to delivery restrictions across the country this was the case for a few of our customers recently. We have since put measures in place to ensure this will not happen again. Hi received bouquet today in co clare. Very disappointed, arrived in box which I can understand, blooms looked as if not the freshest. I thought 2nd rate effort for the monetary value. I have added more water to same & hopefully will look a tad better in the am for my daughters 40 th birthday tomorrow. Mags

I ordered a lovely bouquet for my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary & requested them to be delivered on their special day as a surprise, however, they were only dispatched the day after their special day. They were then further delayed by the delivery courier. I understand the difficulties companies faced with the COVID-19 situation, however, these were for a very special ocassion. When they did arrive, the bouquet was much smaller than expected for the price paid. A couple of the flowers were already starting to wilt, and overall did not last very long. The person receiving the bouquet were disappointed. I would be hesitant to use the service again. I would encourage Bloom Magic to be careful to ensure the freshness of their flowers, as customers are ordering online, and are not getting the chance to see the bouquets in person - so are placing their trust in Bloom Magic to deliver a value for money product/service.

Hi, I was extremely disappointed with this service. I know we are in Unprecedented times but I don't feel that next day delivery should be advertised on flowers if it can not be guaranteed. I ordered flowers on Tuesday evening so delivery should have been Thursday the latest. They were delivered to my friend on the Saturday and by then half were withered or dead. I followed up on the condition of the flower to customer service and was disappointed to not get an email back. I will not be recommending this to a friend. This was 50eur wasted!

Quite misleading. I ordered the Mulberry Bouquet of flowers and it arrived fine, quite late in the day after 6pm after it was ordered 3 days in advance. The flowers themselves are lovely and very high quality it is just that they appear nothing like what is shown in the pictures. The volume of flowers is no where near what is shown and a bit lacking, may not be the case for all but this was for me.

Quite disappointing... a substantial number of so called "storm" petals, and not only on the roses. The arrangement was lost in the hatbox

I am sorry to report that the flowers delivered look somewhat ordinary and not at all in keeping with the Reverie a Saint-Germaine spirit. I understand not all flowers can be guaranteed but the flowers ordered had a romantic, wistful lilac and cream theme and the flowers delivered were just random colours put together (see photo). The supplier clearly didn't understand the objective and I was disappointed that what should have been a luxury feel (premium bouquet, 58 pounds!) was more like your average Interflora arrangement albeit in a lovely box. This was my 3rd and ultimately last purchase as the company response parroted the usual stuff about not all bouquets being exactly as shown (which I myself had stressed) but showed they didn´t really understand the point about a unified colour palette being important. Shame.

I ordered for delivery specifically on Christmas Eve due to the fact that the intended recipient would not be in residence until late on the 23rd of December. Unfortunately, the flowers were left on the doorstep on the 23rd December BEFORE 9am??? Part of the joy of getting flowers are the knock on the door and seeing someone stand there with a bouquet. That’s part of the reason why I delivered them. I could have bought a bunch of flowers myself from any florist and left them on the doorstep! And delivered a whole day earlier! When the intended person to receive the flowers was not even in residence! Very disappointing. I’m afraid I cannot and will not be recommending. If you were unable to deliver in Christmas Eve I should have been informed in advance.

I hate to be negative but....my flowers were already 'turning' when they were delivered. The box was left UPSIDE-DOWN at my front door and all the water had spilled out spoiling the hat-box. I regreshed the roses as much as I could and added the feed but they began to die almost immediately. I was terribly disappointed. The flowers were VERY expensive so the disappointment was all the more tangible. Not good enough, not good enough at all. Karin Morrow.

when i recieved my flowers they were wilted..... had to cut string to water them as too tight .. so had to put into vase

Very disappointed with bouquet I received for my wife . Went for the deluxe bouquet because said added more flowers but overall size of bouquet was very small not worth the €73 paid wudnt use or recommend again

My order was late after I paid for a specified date (this was made up for with an add on of chocolate). However the bouquet that arrived was nothing like the one I paid for. I understand there may be some substitutes but it should at least look similar, which this did not).
