“Flowers were great, card not so much. In the box on the online form I had text on 2 separate lines. It was put on 1 line on the card, so it looked like I said the message to myself, instead of my name being on the 2nd line. And the text was at the very top of a rectangular card. Thought it would look better if it was centered. And as it was at the very top of the card, the tips of some letters were cut off like off T's. Won't be ordering from this website again.”

“I wasn’t particularly happy with the “birthday card” sent with the flowers being a piece of A4 paper with my message printed in a tacky font. It was also slanted and very very cheap looking, even though the bunch of flowers cost me nearly €60... Not impressed overall. Very mediocre looking ‘birthday card’. As for the bouquet itself I can’t say as I didn’t see them up close.”

“I handed over 70 euro for flowers what an absolute joke the flowers wouldn’t even cost 5 euro the most miserable bunch of flowers I’ve ever received absolutely disgusted and won’t even answer my emails beware of this florist I want a total refund”

“I ordered the premium size but I'm not sure that's the size we got, they didn't look as big as in the photo but it is hard to tell from a photo, I just expected them to be a bit bigger but the flowers were very nice.”

“First order I got a response that it was undeliverable as was damaged by courier and new order been sent. It arrived with some flowers broken, lid of the flowers, obviously with a courier firing boxes around water was spilt and the bottle and chocolates not a clue how they survived. Can I ask why put such a small package in such a tall box with no other packaging whereby it’s obvious it’s going to get damaged? Ye need to sort out the packaging as it’s not fit for purpose asye have a good product”

“Flowers arrived on time with comprehensive pre-delivery notification. Attractive arrangement enjoyed by the recipient, but critically the flowers only lasted a few days which compared very negatively to the other flowers sent for the same occasion which are still blooming over a week later.”
