“I am sorry to report that the flowers delivered look somewhat ordinary and not at all in keeping with the Reverie a Saint-Germaine spirit. I understand not all flowers can be guaranteed but the flowers ordered had a romantic, wistful lilac and cream theme and the flowers delivered were just random colours put together (see photo). The supplier clearly didn't understand the objective and I was disappointed that what should have been a luxury feel (premium bouquet, 58 pounds!) was more like your average Interflora arrangement albeit in a lovely box. This was my 3rd and ultimately last purchase as the company response parroted the usual stuff about not all bouquets being exactly as shown (which I myself had stressed) but showed they didn´t really understand the point about a unified colour palette being important. Shame.”
