“The blooms arrived but the bouquet was smaller than I expected even though I upgraded to larger luxury bouquet. The flowers were beautiful and the delivery was speedy”

“Great service. The flowers were easy to order, came on time and met my expectations. I'll be using the service again in the future. My only critique - The writing in the card was a printed sticker. The presentation of this can be improved.”

“I have ordered a few bouquets since Lockdown and on the whole although they are beautiful they are small for what they cost. Last week I ordered 2 bouquets to arrive together they arrived at the end of the day and one was not what was ordered and both were very wilted as if they had been in back of a car for 2 days certainly not fresh as previously. I have sent an email which got a generic syst generated email. The problem is you can’t ring Bloom Magic so hard to make a complaint. Now would I order again only because my local florist not open yet!”

“Flowers arrived quite late on the day of my mam's birthday, even though they were ordered 6 days in advance. I was concerned they were not going to arrive but was very pleased they did in the end. We were not able to get in contact with bloom magic on the day but they followed up with a nice email the next day.”

“It's my second time in the last 4 weeks I've ordered of use first one wasnt great but the 2nd delivery was good . The packaging and flowers were beautiful and they cheered my daughter up . Thank you.”

Have used this floral delivery service on several occasions lately and the flowers on each occasion arrived nearly exactly as shown on the site, slightly smaller in real life but beautiful none the less. Would highly recommend this service”

“Not at all ,flowers were to arrive on Friday of the bank holiday,arrived Tuesday withered,sent an Email Email you"s replaced them,same scenario got an Email saying they would arrive friday and again arrived monday withered.”
