“The flowers were for my Daughter in laws 40th Birthday, I had tp amend the delivery date as she was on holiday when they were dur to arrive. I made one phone call and it was done, no promlems. The flowers were delivered on the amended date no promblem, and my Daughter was very pleased with them. Thank you. I would use again to send flowers to Southern Ireland.”

“Flowers arrived with no water in them as it had leaked from the container. Flowers had already started to go brown and the container was ruined by the water mark left from the leak. I informed them of the delivery and said the flowers would probably not last longer than 24 hours. Received no apology and told that if I "looked after them properly" they would go longer than 24 hours and I could have a discount off my next order......as if!!”
