"I had the most horrifying experience with Bloomsvilla. I selected some flowers, added my address and paid the amount. Once the money got deducted I got a notification saying that the address was not servicable and I had to give an alternate address. When I asked for refund, I was given a coupon!!!! What kind of fraud company is this? Pathetic!!! Also for the coupon, I had to follow up at least twice. Fraud!"

"Pathetic services I placed my order on 29th of January with an extra surcharge for valentine\u2019s week . My order was supposed to be delivered on 7th feb on the occasion of Rose day however rose day has already passed but neither I hear from their end nor i have received my order .. so for what they are surcharging customer and what is the use of that order which is meant to be delivered for a special day.. what they are up to I wonder my order is still not delivered and i have already raised a concern ticket for that and still the status is showing delivered in their tracking status."
