My sense is that with the competitor Xterra, email questions were always answered same day, even on weekends. Regarding my parka purchase, it seems like there was no reply over the weekend but instead on Monday. Not unreasonable. Given that I'm not too far from the company, the Blue Seventy rep invited me up to the warehouse/office to try the sizes, which I appreciated”
