“poor quality materials and not cut well. i can't pull off my stickers without ripping them.”

“I recently purchased stickers from blue bee printing, however, found there were additional charges not noted during my purchasing. If I had started over, I could have bought them cheaper but I didn;t feel like starting over with someone who was taking advantage of me after my initial purchase.”

HI Derek It looks like you wanted a color decal sticker but your selection for a white decal. There is an additional charge for color since the original price is for just a white decal. We have issue a refund and cancel your order

Our decal machine is just not able to cut really small letters.

“Ordered Individual stickers (not on a roll) and they came on sheets so I had to spend a couple hours carefully cutting them apart.”

HI Justin Sorry for not getting your stickers cut individually. Usually on small stickers we do them on sheet since they would be easier to handle and to peel We are not able to do a slit on the back for easy peeling.

“I was attracted to using Blue Bee Printing by their affordable price, however, before I even began my order I found myself unable to find a template and that their image guidelines were lacking. After submitting my image, I was informed I needed vectors for the image, something that really should have been part of their guidelines, my order was placed on proof rejected. I gave them a new image as soon as possible, hours after receiving the email. I would try to contact them over the process of a week, but after receiving no feedback over and over I canceled my order. I have not received any product from them. If there is anywhere on their website that gives me the information I lacked, it is not easily to find.”

HI Darian Sorry for not to make your artwork work. We don't have actual designs you can choose from and if you don't have proper artwork we usually ask a better artwork. In your case if we went ahead and printed your artwork it would print pixelated and blurry. That is why we rejected your artwork to see if you have anything else.. Most of the time we can recreate your artwork but if it was an image then those type of file we are not able to recreate.
