“Purchased September Beauty for my late sisters September birthday to lay on her grave. What a disappointment. Very sparse and the quality of the flowers were poor. This reminded me I had used you once before but had forgotten my opinion was the same then. Really sad I know £20 isn’t much but definitely not value for money. Note to self DON’T USE AGAIN”
