“The flowers arrived during the morning as I asked, the only thing I didn't know was that they came in a box like parcel post, not from a florist. My friend said they looked ok, not in bloom and she would show me a photo when they were. I was happy with the delivery and the service as such, especially as I ordered them late in the evening. “Delivered on the day we requested and a beautiful bunch of flowers they were too, fabulous service I had a technical glitch by adding emojis in my text so nothing was recorded, spotting the error after placing my order and contacted the support team who quickly added our message manually, wonderful service thank you.”

“The deal appears to be good,will know when my friend gets the flowers. The chance to Use your Help space, was t any good, it did t work. I wasn’t asked for my card details and after I had put in my friends address and my billing address I realised that and had to track back I nearly lost the order. I hope the flowers will be delivered by tomorrow morning as it states that is so, if I ordered before 10 pm. Which I did. The reason is because she heard today her brother had passed away.
