“Dreadful service.You didn't include the sympathy card with the flowers ,which I filled in online.Obviously a website issue and lack of quality control.Customer service were dire.DON'T USE.”

“I haven't seen the flowers however the recipient was very pleased. Delivery was quoted up to 7.30pm and they arrived at 11.15am, well packaged”
