“Matt was certainly helpful in returning and providing me with a refund. I was really disappointed with the quality of the racks after waiting 3 weeks to receive the racks the pine wood was split. After assembling the racks they felt inherently unstable and I had absolutely no confidence that x8 of my boards would be safe in the racks/ hence I returned them as I was absolutely not happy with the freestanding design or quality of the rack to remain upright Hate to write a poor review as I thought the racks were going to be great! Sorry”

“Overall the BoardRAX is ok, boards don’t feel very secure however and I’ve had to tie them. Just noticed you include free tie downs in February, should be standard issue for the design, disappointing.”

“Ordered 2 x racks in white (1 x DeluxeRAX, 1 x SurfRax) for our women's surf brand's HQ & showroom in Byron Bay. Arrived in great time and were easy enough to assemble. They look great in the showroom styled with a lime + white checkered rug and stacked with boards ranging from 9'0 longboards, mid-lengths and 5'5 twin fins. Thanks for a great product.”
