“Hi overall I am very happy with my purchase, the only complaint would be that the 2 fixing nail in the triangle brace is pretty weak l reinforced mine with a counter sunk battern screw and now it is strong as”

“I was so excited for this rack. I did a lot of research and thought it’s probably worth the money. Sadly I wasn’t super impressed. The wood in few structural sections arrived split with nails exposed and splitting the wood more. The joins don’t join properly either leaving gaps between structural supports and board rack. The rack otherwise could have been brilliant”

“Overall the BoardRAX is ok, boards don’t feel very secure however and I’ve had to tie them. Just noticed you include free tie downs in February, should be standard issue for the design, disappointing.”

“People buying the rack aren’t the kind of person that could build one themselves. Would be good to have instructions. Or a link to instructions. I found it awkward putting it together on my own. But I assume there is a better order than how I did it. It’s also just what people are use to with ikea these days”

“found the wood had a few damage indentations through out. but has done its job holding the boards from far looks amazing up close can see some of the poor quality of materials, maybe due to the method of delivery, there wasn't anything making sure the wood didn't scatch of getting damaged, the box I had mine in was ripped open like a slash through the box i do have a photo of it. if packed better I would have given a better score.”
