“Matt was certainly helpful in returning and providing me with a refund. I was really disappointed with the quality of the racks after waiting 3 weeks to receive the racks the pine wood was split. After assembling the racks they felt inherently unstable and I had absolutely no confidence that x8 of my boards would be safe in the racks/ hence I returned them as I was absolutely not happy with the freestanding design or quality of the rack to remain upright Hate to write a poor review as I thought the racks were going to be great! Sorry”

“Purchased two racks and unfortunately they are different sizes so they don’t line up nicely when put next to each other. Roughly 40mm out”
