“Hi BoardRAX! We are really happy with the SkateRAX! Thank you for making it! Just for some feedback: We have to be really gentle about mounting the boards onto the skateRAX because just a tiny bit of pressure will make all the boards tumble and collapse on each other because they are being held on by a small chunk of the board. I would like to think that we will be gentle every time, but i have a 5 year old and 7 year old that can be quite rough... to be honest me too ahaha. But ultimately we love it and has satisfied our needs and more! It looks great too! Thank you Lowell”

“Easily assembled but timber can crack if screw bolts are not aligned carefully and screwed in correctly. Overall concept is good as long as the rack is flush against a wall so as to be stable.”

“Thanks for the rax, the product is good but not excellent. One of the struts had a large wood knot on the front face which could have easily been turned towards the wall face. I tried this but it wouldnt work as the aluminium pre-drilled holes for the racks are only on one side. Secondly, when I lined all of the numbers up and screwed the rack together, it was way off square and would not have sat flush against the wall when fitted. I double checked it and in the end had to re-drill the screw hole so that the frame was square and flush, a little frustrating and disappointing. That said, I have attached it to my wall and the product works very well and looks great. I suppose it may be more of an issue for a buyer whom did not have the confidence to re-drill a screw hole. Always keen to support small Aussie business so I hope this feedback helps you with quality control. It is a great product and idea and I would recommend it to my fellow surfers. Happy to provide a photo of it on the wall if you want it for reference. Cheers, Scott”

“Great rax! I understand the trade-offs with space/convenience but I would like to see them a bit wider to make it easier to rack with fins. But still a happy customer.”

“Order and delivery was seamless. I'm not sure how people would use an allen key to assemble though, I used a drill. It was also a little unstable assembling on my own, maybe an instruction sheet on how to best balance the unit while assembling. All in all, I'm happy with the finished product.”

“Hi guys, I got two 8 board rax off you. A-grade construction, easy to assemble, and quick delivery. Only one suggestion, the base plate is a bit too narrow. If boards are in bags they feel like they could topple. Maybe consider making a wider base plate. Best”
