“### Body Catalyst Hampton Clinic Review I have been using the Cryolipolysis fat freezing and Teslaformer muscle definer at Body Catalyst's Hampton clinic, and my experience has been excellent. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the treatments. The Cryolipolysis fat freezing has significantly reduced stubborn fat areas, while the Teslaformer muscle definer has effectively toned and strengthened my muscles. “Not happy, I paid a $200 deposit was not told was non refundable and was not given any information on anything other then read on website, when I could not attend my appointment due to a family emergency and unable to reschedule as unsure when I could and asked for my deposit refund I was bluntly told no non refundable, I found this very unprofessional and will not rebook.”

“Body catalyst is definitely the solution to achieving weight loss and body shape if you cannot do heavy gym work to achieve your ideal body . The sessions are so relaxing and it does not feel like tedious exercise . The staff are so welcoming and caring. 👍”

“I’m very happy with the therapy I have been having at the Armadale clinic. I have been undergoing treatment witht the Tesla chair as I was suffering from incontinence. The incontinence occurred after I had had a right hip replacement. This was over a year ago. Since using the Tesla chair the incontinence has more or less disappeared. I will mention this to my doctor as other treatments were more or less unsatisfactory.”

“Firstly want to preface this review by saying that the staff I dealt with were all very lovely, professional and I had no issues with them. The space is clean and welcoming. My negative review reflects the outcome and my overall experience. Essentially, I spent a lot of money and none of it worked. I felt I was kind of talked into buying many body treatments at a very high price, which then took a lot of time and effort coming into the clinic to undertake. I was given certain promises about percentages of fat loss. In the end I honestly don’t feel I saw any results whatsoever. I have huge regrets and wish I had walked away after the initial consult and never purchased anything. A huge waste of money, would not recommend. After I raised my concerns with staff nothing happened, I was told to wait a bit longer.”

“Don't trust these swindle artists with your money. My hard-earned money was squandered by these fraudulent artists, They twice changed the domain name of the website, frequently went unavailable, and declined to approve withdrawal requests, respond to calls, or initiate chats. They are the ones who swindle you out of money time and time again. if you ask for a withdrawal in every situation that arises—which is obviously not feasible. My profits and my significant investment were safeguarded by the loudouin/com team. Even though I struggled for a month to get them to withdraw, loudouin/com came to my aid, you can give them a try.”

“Do NOT gamble with your money with this company! I spent over $3000 on a treatment plan that was recommended by their staff and it did absolutely nothing. The team agreed it did absolutely nothing and yet they refuse to comply with consumer protection laws and offer any kind of reimbursement, instead telling me that beauty treatments are always a gamble and that there’s no guarantee they’ll work. That is definitely not the confident opinion they offered during my initial consult that convinced me to part with my money. After pursuing my rights with fair trading I found out that unfortunately even though I should be entitled to some sort of reimbursement, they cannot take the matter further as the company has gone into voluntary liquidation. I’m devastated and am left feeling so guilty over the money that has been wasted. I’ve since spoken to ex-staff members who’ve said that my situation is common and that during their time with the company the majority of their clients would report little to no results and that the company never accepted accountability and instead would try to blame the client saying they’d either gained or lost weight. It’s honestly shameful that companies like this are allowed to prey on women’s insecurities and face no repercussions. Do yourself a favour and seek a second opinion from a company that operates with moral standards.”
