“I was recommended Body Ecology by my sister who thought it could help with symptoms of what I believed was IBS. After years of worsening symptoms and a resignation that things would not get better I started my twice daily packets of Body Ecology and boom, my first normal BM’s in years!!! My immune system is bullet proof, sleeping improved, food sensitivities diminished and much more. It’s been transformative for sure!”
