I ordered the Cultured Veggie Kit on August 4 and still hav'nt received it!! So disappointed!!! Today is the 27 of August!!!!! Hard to rate when you don't have the product yet!!

First time buyer, i am sure the quality is great,but for me the taste was awful and bitter aftertaste so a waste of almost $50

No free shipping for orders over $100 is given outside the continental US which is not stated. I live in Hawaii, guess they can't afford to do for Hawaii and Alaska:(

Don was very nice but I had a very bad reaction and when I called today to get a refund because I thought as with any other product you order on the market they guarantee their product 100% apparently you guys only guarantee is 50% and I want to tell you that I only bought it because you said it was safe to take if I open the capsule and I know you meant well but I had a very bad reaction and my doctor and looking at the bottle said there was things on there that should've been realize that you don't put that down your esophagus also he was a little bit taken back by the fact that you didn't have an expiration date he thought that was very odd and I know you explained your reasoning but he said that was a very contrived way in his mind of just never having an expiration date he suggested I return it and I only Took two and had a horrible experience so I would like 100% full refund

When I opened the bottle, it literally exploded and fizzed and I lost almost all of the product. It was very disappointing since I only had about 1/3 of the bottle left. With such an expensive product, it felt like a big huge waste of money.

It's been a month and I still don't have my entire order. I am waiting to start the program until I receive that final product. I have had terrible customer service issues. I have made three calls in to check on my order and they have promised it a few times but seem to forget about me.I am crossing my fingers that it will arrive today since it was promised for the third time to arrive yesterday.

I never received my order. Was shipped vital proteins instead. Called several times to have the protein shipped. It it never happened. I have always enjoyed the Body Ecology product but this was a big miss.

Normally - I would rate the Body Ecology folks at 5 stars. I currently feel very frustrated with the new system that can't take orders and only takes messages that don't get through to the actual person who can take my order. I had to call multiple times before I got through to someone who could take my order. I hope you will go back to your former ways of taking orders!! Judy McClung
