“Possibly helps but I have serious histamine issues so too early to tell yet! It's my own fault because you're meant to take it 1-2 hrs before a meal and I forget more often than not.”

“1 capsule per meal doesn't work. But 2 caps per meal does work. 2 CAPS at 3 times a day is 6 caps. so the dosage is 2 bottles to get 180 capsules per month. 1 bottle is $40, 2 bottles is $80 for 1 month. this product for it to work is VERY EXPENSIVE.”

“To be fair, I'm to receive a 15% off coupon for this review. That said, I have to say that I am impressed with the quality of the products. One might feel that Body Ecology products are expensive, but you can watch for sales or purchase the bundles. Customer Service is somewhat limited and the only reason I rated them a 3 instead of 5.”

“I was really excited to find a fermented coconut drink. I was unhappy that it did not arrive cold or on ice, so I was worried that the probiotics were damaged or not as functional.”

“I am a fan of Donna Gates, whom I followed since she had a program on Hay House. I love her book and I am satisfied with the products I have ordered in the past. I just completed the 10 day program a few days ago and I am pleased with the results. I am very healthy and feel great. However, I have to express my disappointment as I never received a response from the BE team regarding some negative changes I experienced.”

“I'm not sure I notice any difference after 2 months of using the ancient earth minerals. It's also confusing how the instructions on the bottle aren't super clear (listed in milliliters, but comes in dropper form; usually one dropper is ~1ml, but I am not sure if that's true of their dropper); and the bottle instructions do not match the instructions posted on the website or on instagram, so I really have no idea the best way to be consuming this.”

“I just started taking this product. I have ibs and so far I seem to be having issues with gas and bloating when I take it. I'm going to try half a capsule and then see if I can then gradually work back up to the whole capsule. There are so many great reviews so I'm still hopeful.”

“The ingredients inside the capsules are good and I'm taking because they were recommended by my health coach. If they were in gelatin as opposed to cellulose, and without fillers, that would be even better and MUCH healthier. Cellulose in your guts turns to a glue-like substance. Someone who works with WestonAPrice.org should realize this and appreciate gelatin more. At least give people the option. For now, I have to take them out of the capsules.”

“The Body Ecology shopping cart system has some irritating glitches. Sometimes it doesn't update pricing when you change an item quantity. It seems you need to either refresh the page or back completely out of the shopping cart in order for it to update prices. It has even happened that it jumbles up the prices and items, meaning the unit prices and the items are mismatched. I have found that I need to be extra careful when placing an order to be sure that I'm being charged the correct prices and that their system is adding the prices of individual items correctly.”

“I was excited to get my Protein Shake mix. However, I ended up having to give it away as I didn't realize it contains Sunflower lecithin. I am allergic to all things sunflower so I am back to the drawing board in search of a shake mix I can use.:-(”

“Generally speaking I love the probiotic protein powder. I've subscribed to get it on a monthly basis. The delivery is fairly slow after the subscription is processed - last month I received it about a week or more after the renewal date. Also my most recent monthly subscription was due to process on 5/27. I've received daily emails from Body Ecology communicating that the subscription is delayed ... with no mention of when it will be processed. The most recent email was this morning, 5/30. This is less than satisfactory, with no explanation for why or when I'm likely to get the product. Thank you, Danielle”
