The ingredients inside the capsules are good and I'm taking because they were recommended by my health coach. If they were in gelatin as opposed to cellulose, and without fillers, that would be even better and MUCH healthier. Cellulose in your guts turns to a glue-like substance. Someone who works with WestonAPrice.org should realize this and appreciate gelatin more. At least give people the option. For now, I have to take them out of the capsules.
