1 capsule per meal doesn't work. But 2 caps per meal does work. 2 CAPS at 3 times a day is 6 caps. so the dosage is 2 bottles to get 180 capsules per month. 1 bottle is $40, 2 bottles is $80 for 1 month. this product for it to work is VERY EXPENSIVE.
