The Kefir Starter makes outstanding Kefir. My family is European and I grew up with cultured dairy product. This Kefir is the real deal! Thick, smooth, and creamy and not too sour in taste. I am on my 6th batch from 1 packet and am officially obsessed. Organic Kefir is so expensive at the store. I make homemade Kefir with organic whole milk and it is so much more tasty than store bought.
