I'm not sure I notice any difference after 2 months of using the ancient earth minerals. It's also confusing how the instructions on the bottle aren't super clear (listed in milliliters, but comes in dropper form; usually one dropper is ~1ml, but I am not sure if that's true of their dropper); and the bottle instructions do not match the instructions posted on the website or on instagram, so I really have no idea the best way to be consuming this.
