“I had two boxes of BE Kefir starter that don't expire til 2020. They no longer are fermenting my coconut water. BE could not find record of my purchase (or of many of my purchases over the years) and would not send out replacements. I had to buy new boxes. This time I will keep the receipts. But I am very very disappointed. The new boxes expire only 6 months after the old boxes...I always store them in the freezer. The CS fellow was respectful and pleasant, but it just isn't right that the product goes bad before the expiration date.”

“After receiving Ancient Earth Minerals I took one dropper in my Green tea and I had pains on my right side and my chest for days. I immediately cease taking it. After four to five days the pains went away. I want a refund please. Please email me your instructions on returning your product.”
