“They have superior products. I recently ran out of their multi-enzyme and bought one from a health food store to tide me over, but the store-bought enzyme didn't work as well. I feel this way about many of their products.”

“I have followed the Body Ecology Diet off and on for about 30 years. I always feel better when I am following the advice of Donna Gates but I do slip off track once in awhile. Surprisingly, I just made my first batch of cultured veggies with the Cultured veggie Kit. Previously, I bought cultured veggies pre-made from the health food store. I have always been intimidated by the process but I am happy that I finally tried it. I really love the taste of the homemade cultured veggies and find myself craving them. I like that I can trust that there is a good source of prebiotics, probiotics, and minerals because I added them myself and I trust the products made by Donna Gates. It was not as difficult making cultured veggies as I thought it would be and I have already gifted a batch to a friend. Now I have several friends inquiring about the recipe!”
