“I praise the scientific ability to preserve the whole-food integrity while enhancing digestibility and assimilation of nutrients. No other company correctly combines the fermentation with organic vegetables without fruit. Fruit requires seperate digestion capabilities, so mixing veggie & fruit are essentially counter-productive to our system.”

“Body Ecology is saving my life. The only thing with the kefir starter is I get nervous whether it is ready to drink or gone bad (because the taste is sour). I especially get nervous when I'm re-using the packets. Besides this, no complaints! The supergreen mix is good with some added stevia. Excited to heal.”
