“Difficulty entering location, had to abandon then try again next day. Difficulty logging in, pebble wouldn't recognise password. Tried several times to reset password, but passcode didn't arrive so ended up having to check out as guest.”

“I don't like having to provide payment details for a free taster session and agreeing to pay a fee before having had the taster session. This preys on people who will forget to cancel the payment if the taster session is not successful, particularly those with disabilities.”
